- Kandahar's Story -
Kandahar is a small town in what was earlier the North West Frontier Provinces of the Greater Indian Empire.
Kandahar is known for its rich aromatic food, which basically translates into what is known as "Tandoori Cuisine".
Tandoori food consits of delicate meats marinated in the richest of Indian herbs and spices, baked in a traditional clay oven and served with a variety of fresh Indian bread.
The emphasis is on quality, which is ensured by selecting the best of ingredients and serving the food as and when it is prepared, unlike the traditional way of serving all the items together.
The subtle blend of these herbs and spices together create and unforgettable apperitizing meal.
